Koss KSC75. For those looking for some good vr headphones on a budget have a look at the Koss KSC75. They are widely popular in the audiophile community for their wide sound stage (Makes things sound like they are further away and not right in your ear) and even sound stage. The main advantage is they are over-ears that clip onto your ears so Porta Pro® Mic/Remote On Ear Headphones. Porta Pro® Mic/Remote. On Ear Headphones. It really depends on what you'd prefer if you'd want something in your ears or on your ears if you were thinking of going Koss. I own all the koss products that tend to get mentioned a lot. (Porta Pro, KSC75, KPH30i, KPH40 with yaxi pads and other mods). I would say the Koss KSC75 is more enjoyable to me, because I don't really care for bass Sol Republic V8 headphones was my first headphone and Imo, headband is the only thing they got right in their design. Thus, I want to combine the best of both world between Sol Republic and Koss. Pros: Lightweight, beautiful design imo, comfortable, stable with good clamping force, maintain all Porta-pro headbands advantages without the weird After 10 min of testing, I took the drivers off and retrofitted the KPH30i drivers on the P/21 headband, which was a pretty straight forward job. The headband in it self was worth it and I'm happy with the result. Having done my fair share of pad, driver, and headband swaps with these headphones, it was interesting to see measurements back up anecdotal impressions. The porta pro has a warmer sound signature but the KSC75 has a brighter one which i prefer. The KSC75 sounds a lot like my ISines but they lack a bit of bass that you get by having something that goes into your ear. Both of them I'd definitely recommend over Earpods. The only issue with both is that comfort is a bit weird to some. dppx00.
